The Master’s degree 2 in Business and Corporate Law

It maintains a partnership with the association UFC-Que Choisir Charente Maritime, which offers practical cases to students of consumption law.
In the same way, the Commercial Court of La Rochelle welcomes Master 2 students every year for a pleading exercise on a commercial law case.

The Master’s degree 2 Trusted Third Party and Digital Security

Very strong ties exist between this Master’s degree and the Regional Chamber of Judicial Officers, which allows students to benefit, on the one hand, from highly specialised lectures and conferences and, on the other hand, from internships.

The Lombois Contest

The Claude Lombois competition aims to vitalize and promote international criminal law, one of the pioneers of which was Claude LOMBOIS (1934-2007) in France. It consists of eight or ten teams from French or foreign universities, each composed of three master’s level students, competing in French for three days.

The Charles Fournier, Jean Sevestre and Jean Beauchard Awards

Awarded annually, these prizes are intended to honour a dissertation, internship report or thesis defended at the Faculty of Law, Political Science and Management of La Rochelle during the past academic year. To be eligible, the work must contribute to a better knowledge of one or other of the professions or deal with a subject related to the notary’s, bailiff’s or lawyer’s activities.
